I graduated from Trinity School of Natural Health earning my diploma as a Doctor (teacher) of Naturopathy in October of 2016.  I also earned diplomas as a Certified Natural Health Professional and Certified Health Specialist.  I started my practice shortly after in November of 2016.  Years before starting my own business, I worked for other holistic practices gaining a wide range of training, education and knowledge in various modalities such as chiropractic, nutrition, Chinese medicine, acupuncture, acupressure, massage and applied kinesiology.  The experience that I have gained allows me to offer a plethora of care options for my clients, and/or direct them to the best form of care for their individual needs, even if that means it's not with me.

I have also used RBTI (Reems Testing) for several years allowing me to better understand and support body chemistry and root level issues. I have a background and training in the use of essential oils, supplementation, herbals, homeopathy and other forms of holistic support.  My journey of learning and expanding my knowledge to help others is always ongoing.
